SS&C Releases Enhanced Precision LM™ Borrowers Viewpoint

Secure portal enables direct servicers to provide borrowers with improved transparency and self-service

WINDSOR, Conn., May 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced the release of Precision LM™ Borrowers Viewpoint v3.0. Borrowers Viewpoint is a secure web portal designed to provide borrowers with 24x7 access to their loan information online. The latest version adds a host of new features that improve the borrowers' transparency and self-service capabilities.

With the new enhancements, borrowers will now have the ability to view and download payment statements, balances, and year-to-date collected amounts. A new online payment link has also been added that redirects the user to their financial institution's website in order to initiate loan payments. The portal's document screen now allows the borrower to view all documents that are associated with any of the loans they have access to in Borrowers Viewpoint. In addition, the amortization schedule is now readily accessible within Borrowers Viewpoint. When the borrower accesses this page, the last run of the amortization schedule from Precision LM will be displayed. Borrowers can then easily export this information to Excel with one click.

In addition to accessing loan information, borrowers can also easily submit service requests with supporting documentation and download statements, view recent press releases, link to online payments, and search a library of Frequently Asked Questions. SS&C Precision LM Borrowers Viewpoint helps decrease the volume of calls into the loan servicing call center, and improves borrower satisfaction by allowing borrowers to be more self-sufficient.
