S&T Bank Awards Smart Start(SM) Scholarships to Local Students

INDIANA, Pa., July 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- S&T Bank (Nasdaq: STBA), a full-service financial institution with branch locations in 10 Pennsylvania counties, is making college more affordable for three local students with the S&T Bank Smart Start(SM) Scholarship Program.  Recipients of this year's scholarships are:

• Samantha Weber, a 2010 graduate of Freeport Area High School, who will attend Grove City College to pursue a double major in English and pre-med, and a minor in chemistry.

• Felecia Watt, a 2010 graduate of Blairsville High School, who will attend St. Vincent College to study engineering.  

• Craig Inzana, a 2010 graduate of Brockway Area High School, who will attend the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and major in digital film and video production.
