St. John Providence begins construction of new ambulatory care center in Howell
WARREN, Mich., June 6, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- St. John Providence has begun construction on a $13.5 million, 60,000 sq.-ft. outpatient facility in Howell, Michigan. The new ambulatory care center, located at the Latson Rd. exit on I-96, will bring St. John Providence physicians and programs to one of the fastest growing areas in the state.
This new ambulatory center represents a successful partnership between St. John Providence and MedCraft Healthcare Real Estate, LLC, a national developer of ambulatory care and medical office buildings. The two organizations are working together to create a mixed-use campus that will be anchored by this new ambulatory care facility, expected to be completed in May 2017.

The new outpatient center is slated to house specialists in primary care, cardiology, obstetrics/gynecology, urology, pulmonology, and pediatrics; diagnostic imaging; lab and pharmacy; outpatient rehabilitation; wound care; and other services.
