Starring Eric Roberts, Bai Ling, and Academy Award nominee Cathy Moriarty, alongside producer-star Steve Stanulis (5th Borough), the series once again blurs the line between documentary and fiction with darkly comic results. The show is created by James Merendino (SLC Punk!) and Lisa A. Hammer (Venture Bros.), who return to explore Staten Island's surreal collision of crime, celebrity, and cinematic delusion.

In Season One, Staten Island hitman Thomas Lynch (Stanulis) became the subject of a documentary helmed by sibling filmmakers Lisa and James Terror. The crew captured everything, from Tom's casual approach to murder-for-hire to his unraveling when a mysterious adversary began targeting those closest to him. What began as a gritty, bizarre portrait of a small-time killer spiraled into a chaotic descent into paranoia, violence, and betrayal. Tom survived, but he didn't get what he wanted, fame.

A year later, Tom is back, and furious that the documentary didn't make him a household name. According to the Terror Twins, audiences thought the blood was fake and the kills looked staged.
