STAR Systems International Deploys 1.2 Million Headlamp Transponders in the Dominican Republic
HONG KONG, Sept. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- STAR Systems International (SSI), a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) hardware, tag and professional services provider, today announced that it has completed a sale of 1.2 Million ISO 18000-6C headlamp transponders in the Dominican Republic.

Commencing in the fall of 2015, these transponders will be installed on every motorcycle in the Dominican Republic. A tracking system will use the transponders to help enforce compliance with the annual vehicle registration process.
