Fitzgerald has 30 years of banking and management experience. He was president, Chief Operating Officer and board member of NetBank from 2000 to 2002, until NetBank's change of control to RBMG in 2002. Prior to that, Fitzgerald spent seven years as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Implementation for Salem Five Bank in Salem, Mass. For the past 8 years, Fitzgerald ran Fitzgerald MSI, an executive search and change management consulting firm.
