
Stefanini TechTeam Announces Extension of Service Desk Contract With Provider of Web-Based Auto Financing Solutions
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Stefanini TechTeam (www.techteam.com) today announced the extension of its contract through 2012 for IT service desk support with RouteOne, a leading provider of web-based automobile financing solutions for automotive dealerships.
The RouteOne contract extension is the latest customer endorsement received by Stefanini TechTeam, which has been recognized by industry experts as a global leader in help desk outsourcing.
Under the agreement, Stefanini TechTeam will provide IT service desk support for over 20,000 dealerships across the US and Canada who utilize RouteOne's online credit application management system. Stefanini also provides support for the 8,000 dealers utilizing RouteOne's mobile apps, available on iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
