Stephen G. Austin Accepts Appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the World Trade Center San Diego
SAN DIEGO, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The World Trade Center San Diego announced on Friday, December 14th at their Annual Business Meeting that Stephen G. Austin, Managing Partner of Swenson Advisors, LLP will be the new Chairman of the Board. Effective December 14, 2012, Mr. Austin will succeed Bruce Hueners, President and CEO of Palomar Technologies who has served as Chairman of the Board since 2010. As the new Chairman, Mr. Austin looks forward to working closely with Steven Weathers, new President and CEO of the organization, and with the entire Board to jointly expand the trade and innovation platforms in San Diego and leveraging the services of the 300+ World Trade Center organizations worldwide to maximize the World Trade Center value to this region.
