Steward Partners adds another $165,000,000 in Assets in Portsmouth, NH with recent hires from Merrill Lynch
PORTSMOUTH, N.H., May 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Things are heating up in the New England marketplace as quality advisors continue to join Steward Partners Global Advisory. With the most recent arrivals, Steward Partners has recruited over $650,000,000 in assets in New England.
Steward's newest partners in Portsmouth, NH are Steve Bricker and John Pappas from Merrill Lynch. The advisors generated over $1,150,000 in combined revenue at their former firm. Bricker and Pappas join financial advisor Chris Reaney, as partners in the Portsmouth office, which Steward Partners opened in late 2014.
"The resources, management team and culture that exist here at Steward Partners and Raymond James gives me the opportunity to serve my clients in a far more meaningful way. When my team has the ability to focus on our client service model and not back office headaches, everything else just clicks," states Pappas.
James Gold, CEO of Steward Partners Global Advisory adds, "Steve Bricker and John Pappas, who arrived within a few months of each other, represent our methodical and measured growth strategy in New England. Steward is about hiring great people first. Our branches will be represented by quality people who are proud to work together. We are honored to be joined by Steve and John. We are excited to have this newly built 'state of the art' location that our existing partners are proud to call, 'home'."
"I've been exploring various models throughout the industry as times have changed over the years. After extensive due diligence and meeting with the executive management team at Steward Partners, it was as if I designed this partnership for myself," says Bricker. "The relationship with Raymond James makes this extraordinary."
Mike Maurer, Executive Chairman of Steward Partners Global Advisory as well as CEO of Steward Partners Holdings says, "It is fun to watch Jim Gold in action in New England. He has formed relationships over the past two decades, which started as collegial, and have become deep, trusting, and lifelong friendships."
With the New England office's rapid growth in combination with Steward's Manhattan, NY, Andover, MA, Bethesda, MD and Washington, DC locations, Steward is now over the $1.7 billion mark in recruited assets in less than 18 months.
