(member FINRA/SIPC), announced today that Timothy Davis, CFP^®, Managing Director and Wealth Manager, Michaelyn Bortolotti, Vice President and Wealth Manager, have joined Steward Partners from Morgan Stanley, where they managed approximately $200 million in client assets. Additionally, Michael Carilli, Vice President and Senior Registered Client Administrative Manager, joins the team from Fidelity. Year to date, Steward Partners has added over $2.5 billion in recruited assets under management and 25 new wealth managers.

The Davis Executive Wealth Management Group specializes in assisting publicly traded corporations and their executive employees. Davis and his team offer concierge-level service in the following types of planning: 10b5-1 plans, non-qualified stock options (NQOs), Rule 144, concentrated equity risk management, pre-IPO and pre-M&A planning, incentive stock options (ISOs), control and restricted stock/stock options, and wealth management and financial planning.
