Stradling Continues Expansion in Santa Monica

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, P.C. ("Stradling") announced today that Robert Graffum, Shoshana Zimmerman and Justin Purtle have joined the Firm's ever expanding Santa Monica office and will practice in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group.

Mr. Graffum joined as shareholder. Prior to joining Stradling, Mr. Graffum was Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where he spent 11 years in the firm's Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices representing strategic and institutional investors in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, both on the buy and sell side.

Ms Zimmerman and Mr. Purtle joined as associates. Prior to joining Stradling, Ms. Zimmerman was an associate in the corporate department at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Stradling, Mr. Purtle was an associate in the corporate department at K&L Gates in New York. Both will focus primarily on mergers, acquisitions and divestures and related general corporate matters.
