Strategas Research Partners, LLC Acquires Voyager Institutional Services, LLC

NEW YORK, June 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Strategas Research Partners, LLC today announced the acquisition of Voyager Institutional Services, LLC, a Columbus, Ohio-based provider of investor relations and non-deal roadshow services for US-traded public companies.  Voyager brings Strategas Research clients -- institutional investors -- a new channel to corporate managements.  At the same time, corporate executives gain access to Strategas' unbiased global macroeconomic research available earlier only to the investor community.  With this acquisition, Strategas continues its planned expansion of services and builds the strong value proposition of the firm.
