Strategic Products and Services and Consultedge Announce Intent to Merge

PARSIPPANY, N.J. and WHIPPANY, N.J., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Strategic Products and Services (SPS) and Consultedge, Inc. announce they have successfully negotiated and completed a Letter of Intent to merge the two companies.

SPS and Consultedge specialize in the design, installation and support of converged network infrastructure, advanced IP telephony applications, unified communication and mobility solutions.
