Strategic Products and Services and Consultedge Complete Company Merger

PARSIPPANY, N.J. and WHIPPANY, N.J., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Strategic Products and Services (SPS) and Consultedge, Inc. announce they have successfully completed due diligence reviews, signed purchase agreements and completed all necessary transactions required to successfully merge the two companies. The combined companies will operate as Strategic Products and Services (SPS).

SPS and Consultedge, both Platinum certified Avaya Global Connect channel partners, specialize in the design, installation and support of converged communication solutions, advanced IP telephony applications, unified communications, network infrastructure and mobility solutions. The combined companies will continue to enhance their application and support offers to serve the growing needs of clients globally.
