Strategic Products and Services and Imagine Technologies Complete Company Merger

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Dec. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Strategic Products and Services (SPS) and Imagine Technologies Inc. announce they have successfully completed due diligence reviews, signed purchase agreements and completed transactions required to successfully merge the two companies. The combined companies will operate as Strategic Products and Services (SPS).

As systems integrators, the merged companies provide a global market presence, advanced technical capabilities, 24/7 technical services center and comprehensive managed service offers.

Recently awarded Avaya U.S. Channel Partner of the Year for Greatest Growth in Acquiring New Enterprise Customers, Imagine has repeatedly received recognition from their manufacturer and distribution partners.

SPS specializes in unified communications, contact center, network convergence, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Voice over IP (VoIP), managed services, telecom expense management, video, consultative planning and monitoring services. Other former Imagine principle, Paula Morton, will serve as a specialist within the SPS Contact Center Practice.
