Strathspey Crown to Acquire Ophthalmic Distributor in Spain and Portugal, IMEX
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Strathspey Crown Holdings LLC, a growth equity firm specializing in lifestyle healthcare, and IMEX Clinic S.L., a leading provider of specialty medical equipment and consumables in Spain and Portugal, announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement for Strathspey Crown to acquire all outstanding shares of IMEX and certain of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies for an undisclosed sum. The consummation of the acquisition will be conditioned on the satisfactory completion of certain closing conditions.
