STOCKHOLM, Dec. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The number of shares and votes in STRAX AB (publ) ("STRAX" or the "Company") has changed in December 2017 as a result of the issue against set off of claims previously announced. The total number of shares in STRAX has increased by 2,830,066 shares, corresponding to 2,830,066 votes.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 120,592,332 shares and votes in STRAX.
