A respected and accomplished beauty executive with extensive industry acumen, Ms. Malloy has held management positions for over 25 years in a number of leading beauty companies with responsibility for brand marketing, creative services, retailing, promotional planning and sales support/training.

For the past six years, Ms. Malloy served as CEO/President of Alterna Haircare. Under her direction, the brand transformed into one of the most successful multi-channel luxury beauty brands, creating new categories and breakthrough marketing campaigns. Prior to Alterna, she held senior marketing positions at Frederic Fekkai, John Frieda, Lancome and Estee Lauder.
