StriVectin "The Power to Change" Grand Prize Winner Announced

NEW YORK, Aug. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading anti-aging skin care company, StriVectin, announced today that Treva Wynn of Kettering, OH, is the Grand Prize Winner of "The Power to Change" Contest, where StriVectin called on the public to submit entries in response to the question, "What would you change with $30,000?"  Wynn, an English teacher, has won the $30,000 Grand Prize to fulfill her dream of building and repairing schools for the children of Guatemala and other developing nations around the world.

In Wynn's winning video submission titled, "Fulfilling Hopes, Dreams, and a Future for Hundreds," she explains how she has spent the last six years of her life traveling through developing nations with the intent to help impoverished children. Wynn, who says she is both honored and privileged to call Guatemala her home away from home, refers to her "international children" as having pulled her through some of the darkest times in her life. In turn, Wynn made the decision to devote the rest of her life to improving the lives of these children.

As a teacher in Guatemala, Wynn passionately believes that with education comes the fall of poverty and violence. The $30,000 Grand Prize will provide Wynn with the means to begin her life's dream of helping hundreds, maybe even thousands, of children in Guatemala and other developing countries all over the world.
