Structured Settlement Firm Names New President/CEO and Chairman of the Board
ATLANTA, Nov. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Structured Financial Associates, Inc. ("SFA"), a founding leader in the structured settlement business, announces exciting changes in the firm's leadership.
Richard Regna, currently President of SFA, has been named the corporation's CEO/President. Rich has served as SFA's president for the past two years and has been instrumental in mapping the organization's vision for future success. Prior to being appointed president, Rich has led the company's Pittsburgh office for 16 years as a successful structured settlement Consultant.
Robert Lee, CEO of SFA's parent company Integrated Financial Settlements (IFS), has been named Chairman of the Board of SFA. Prior to joining IFS, Bob held multiple both managing partner/director and board positions for both public and private insurance, financial services and health care companies and currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the Wake Forest Schools of Business.
Bob holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Due to the pending restructuring of the IFS companies, both Sean Coleman and Kyle Bollman are retiring from the SFA Board of Directors, on which they have served since 2006.
