With this honor, Mr. Grant joins the ranks of such prominent legal figures as Sandra Day O'Connor, Antonin Scalia, and Beau Biden.
Mr. Grant is internationally recognized for his extensive knowledge of Delaware corporate law, fiduciary responsibility, and other matters related to protecting and promoting the rights of institutional investors. In 1997, he co-founded Grant & Eisenhofer, P.A., which has recovered over $27 billion in the last 10 years and is one of the leading firms in obtaining $100 million+ settlements/judgments. During his time in the courtroom, Mr. Grant served as litigation counsel to many of the largest public and private institutional investors in the world and as lead counsel in seven of the ten largest settlements in the history of Delaware Chancery Court.
