This milestone property is a new construction extended stay Studio 6 featuring the brand's new award-winning "Phoenix" design.

The newly-built Studio 6 is located at 940 Interstate Highway 20 West (exit 215) in Colorado City, TX. It is owned by Mukesh Bhakta and operating under the entity PK Rock Hospitality, LLC.  Bhakta has been an operator of the iconic brands for more than 15 years, and built the first franchise Studio 6 in Port Arthur, TX, in 2001. Currently, Bhakta operates nine additional properties located throughout the states of Texas and Louisiana.
