SAN MATEO, Calif., Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today, SuccessFactors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFSF) announced the appointment of Doug Dennerline as President, effective November 10, 2010. Mr. Dennerline will report to Lars Dalgaard, Chief Executive Officer of SuccessFactors. Mr. Dennerline will be responsible for all revenue generation activities of the company, customer success and results, renewals, and marketing, and is intended to give the company the leadership capacity to meet its anticipated further scale and growth.
Mr. Dennerline served for 10 years from 1998 to August 2009, at Cisco Systems, Inc., where, at one point, he was responsible for running approximately a 6000 person organization and had a $9.5B annual revenue responsibility that grew from $4.5B under his leadership. Prior to joining SuccessFactors, until May 2010, Mr. Dennerline served as EVP of Enterprise Sales, Americas and EMEA for Salesforce.com [CRM]. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Dennerline worked at 3Com Corporation for 10 years, including running the approximately $700M Channels business and Hewlett-Packard Corporation. Doug consistently has operated globally and lived in Hong Kong while overseeing Asian operations.
"Doug will be an outstanding addition to our leadership team. "It's an honor to be joining such a high-performance team at SuccessFactors and a company positioned in such a critical area facing the business - to bridge the gap between strategy and execution," said Dennerline.
