BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The ad specialty industry is filled with dozens of companies vying to deliver personalized products to various businesses. This year, Counselor Magazine made a long list of the best companies to work for, and Successories was named No. 6 out of 90 competitors.
There are many different criteria that are considered when ranking the best companies to work for. According to the Advertising Specialty Institute, employees filled out a comprehensive 37-question survey that ranked workplaces in 10 different disciplines, including team and manager effectiveness, trust, and goal alignment. The results were then collected and analyzed by Quantum Workplace, Counselor magazine's research partner.
After poring over the data and averaging the scores each employee recorded for their particular company, Counselor ordered the companies from 1 to 90 according to the highest scoring organizations. Across the board, Successories had some of the best employee reviews in the industry.
