• Vegan Menu: Created for consumers who want to eat a plant-based diet without compromising on flavor or taste, the Vegan menu offers recipes free from meats, eggs, dairy, and other products sourced from animals, such as honey and gelatin. Each recipe is crafted with seasonal, organic produce and plant-based proteins (including organic, non-GMO tofu). Nutritional guidelines include:
• Calories: 550-800 calories per meal
• High in Protein: At least 15 grams per meal
• Good Fats: Focus on good fats coming from monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acid sources including olive, nuts, seeds and avocados
• High in Fiber: Lots of fruits and vegetables with 5 grams or more of fiber per serving
• Sodium: Most recipes below 800 mg
• Pescatarian Menu: The essential meal plan for consumers who prefer a plant-based diet combined with a healthy dose of seafood, the Pescatarian menu combines organic produce with omega-3-rich wild-caught seafood recommended by The Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® program for sustainable sourcing. Nutritional guidelines include:
• Calories: 550-800 calories per meal
• High in Protein: At least 20-25 grams per meal
• Good Fats: Focus on good fats coming from monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acid sources including olive, nuts, seeds and avocados
