Lean & Clean Meals contain:       

• About 550 calories per serving
• High in protein and fiber (at least 20-25 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber)

• Focus on healthy fats from olive oil, avocados, nuts and seeds, with less than 5 grams of saturated fat (7% of total fat)
