SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunrise Telecom® Incorporated (Pink Sheets: SRTI), a leader in test and measurement solutions for telecom, wireless and cable networks, today announced preliminary results for the fourth quarter 2009. The company now expects its fourth quarter revenues to be above its previous guidance of $10 to $13.5 million provided November 4, 2009. The company also expects to be profitable for the fourth quarter.

Sunrise Telecom plans to announce results for the 2009 fourth quarter and full year on February 3, 2010 after the market closes.
