SUNZ Insurance Company Continues National Expansion In 2010

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- SUNZ Insurance Company announced today the addition of four more states to their coverage area, allowing them to write workers' compensation policies for the majority of the southern half of the United States.  

SUNZ, who recently celebrated their fifth anniversary, has continued to build a proven track record by successfully providing workers' compensation programs to various Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) and staffing companies within the state of Florida.  In mid 2009, the executive management team decided to implement a strategic growth plan to take the company to the next level.  That plan for growth is now well underway.

In April of this year, SUNZ announced the acquisition of five southeastern states to include Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama and Georgia.  Within four short months, SUNZ has taken another step in its national expansion plan by gaining the rights to provide workers' compensation to four more states within the southern half of the country.  Those states include Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Arizona.

The plan by SUNZ to secure licenses in at least half of the country within two years is off to a notable start.  To date, SUNZ is one state shy of shining its services on the entire bottom half of the US.
