Super Dave Quinn Wins 2025 IAMC Economic Developer of the Year Award

Founder Honored for National Leadership at IAMC Spring Forum in Sacramento

FAIRVIEW, Texas, April 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) has named Super Dave Quinn, CEcD, founder of Day One Experts and a representative of Fairview Economic Development Corporation, the 2025 Economic Developer of the Year. The award, presented in honor of the late Mary Jo Hanover, was announced during IAMC's Spring Professional Forum held on March 25 in Sacramento, California.

This prestigious recognition honors an economic development professional who demonstrates exceptional leadership, integrity, and community impact. Quinn was selected for his commitment to mentorship, transformative project leadership, and relationship-centered economic development.

• As Vice President of Frisco EDC, Quinn supported $3 billion in capital investment, 43,000 jobs, and 21 million square feet of development.
• As Executive Director at Bastrop EDC, help lead the city's economic recovery following the 2011 wildfire.
• As Executive Director at Levelland EDC he helped deliver major projects like the $64M Ethanol Plant, $15M Mallet Event Center, and the $8.6M, 300-acre Levelland Industrial Rail Park.
