Superior Court of Middlesex County, NJ Dismisses Lawsuit Against VoicePulse Inc.
JAMESBURG, N.J., Dec. 7, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- A lawsuit against VoicePulse Inc. and President & CEO, Ravi Sakaria was dismissed by stipulation between the parties in the Middlesex County, NJ Superior Court. The suit, which sought appointment of a receiver to manage VoicePulse's operations, was filed in October, 2010 by former employee Ketan Patel, and alleged, among other things, breach of contract, breach of implied duty of good faith, and that Mr. Patel had an ownership interest in and was a minority shareholder with respect to the company.
