Acquisition Expands Peak's Hydrovac Capacity and Strengthens Its Presence in the Houston Market

HOUSTON, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Superior Hydrovac, a leading provider of hydrovac services supporting utilities and other critical infrastructure customers, today announced the acquisition of Delta Daylighting ("Delta"), a Houston-based provider of hydrovac and daylighting services.

The acquisition expands Peak's hydrovac operating capacity in the Houston market and complements the capabilities of Superior Hydrovac, Peak's existing hydrovac platform. Delta brings an excellent management team, talented employees, and longstanding customer relationships in one of the nation's most active utility infrastructure markets.
