Supply Chain Services Provider Coregistics Announces Sixth Location

ATLANTA, Jan. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Coregistics, a packaging-centric supply chain services company, today announced the opening of its newest facility in Cleveland, Ohio.  This announcement increases the company's total number of strategic locations to six and is the second new location announcement for Coregistics in the last six months.  

Under the guidance of CEO Eric Wilhelm, the company has grown rapidly since its inception in 2011. This growth stems from multiple marquee customer wins and two successful acquisitions; most recently the announcement that Coregistics had acquired substantially all of the assets of a Chicago-area company that specializes in primary contract packaging services for food and confectionary manufacturers.

The new almost 100,000 square-foot facility in Cleveland extends Coregistics' secondary packaging capacity, allowing the company to further support existing customers while offering new customers a variety of packaging and supply chain services. These services include bagging, blister sealing, clear & print registered bundling, cartoning, display building, fin sealing, kitting & assembly, labeling, reworking, shrink banding and shrink wrapping.

Representing almost 1.5 million square feet of combined space, the six Coregistics facilities are licensed and certified to meet the strictest customer requirements. By-facility combinations include AIB and Kosher certifications as well as DEA, FDA, FSMA, EPA and US Fish & Wildlife registrations.
