SuretyWave Acquires InSure Vision Technologies

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Aug. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- InsureTech-focused SuretyWave, LLC., announced today that it has acquired InSure Vision Technologies (IVT). Please visit us on our website, www.SuretyWave.com.

The acquisition, which officially closed on July 28, 2017, paves the way for SuretyWave to integrate its proprietary digital business-architected platform with IVT's leading web-based surety bond processing system known as the SurePath Network. The resulting solution will be the industry's most automated and flexible surety processing system, and the go-to distribution channel for all surety bond stakeholders, including agents, brokers and sureties.

To ensure a smooth and successful transition, and to confirm that enhancements to the SurePath Network are stabilized and achieve all required business objectives, IVT's co-founders Pam Stocks and Beverly Hall will serve as advisors for a period of time.
