Surgical Care Affiliates Announces Acquisition of Health Inventures

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA), a leading surgical solutions provider for physicians, health systems and payers, has acquired Health Inventures, a national surgical and physician services company operating more than 20 ASCs in partnership with 10 health system partners nationwide.

This combination with Health Inventures positions SCA as the leading provider of surgical solutions to over 40 health system partners.
