Designed to gather key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, the customer satisfaction survey was hosted by an impartial third party and conducted online between April 14 and May 1, 2014. Customers were invited to rate various aspects of S1 on a scale of 1 to 10, give their opinions of the company, and provide information on their business and their technology plans for 2014–2015. Results of the survey included the following:
- Based on ratings in the 8 to 10 (high) range, S1 scored 91% in Overall Satisfaction, exceeding its target of 80%.
- Based on ratings in the 8 to 10 range, S1 also scored 91% in Likelihood of Recommending, again beating the 80% target figure.
- In the Net Promoter Score (NPS) — based on the Likelihood of Recommending and the difference between the percentages giving high scores of 9 and 10 (promoters) and low ratings of 1 to 6 (detractors) — S1 earned a whopping 87%, far exceeding the 30% target.
Open-ended questions also produced glowing reviews for S1 IT Solutions, with customers praising the company for both its top-notch technical expertise and its dedication to providing the responsive service that customers need to succeed.
