SurveyGizmo Announces Integrations with Buffer and Google Analytics

BOULDER, Colo., July 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Online survey software provider SurveyGizmo announces new integrations with third-party tools Buffer and Google Analytics this week.

After they create their survey, SurveyGizmo users can now choose to share a link to the survey via the immensely popular social scheduling system offered by Buffer, and then track its performance using an existing Google Analytics account.

"Our customers are already sharing their surveys via social media hundreds of times per day," said SurveyGizmo CEO Christian Vanek. "Adding a Buffer integration was an obvious way to make this process easier."

Founded in 2010, Buffer is an online application that lets its users post content to their various social media profiles on a schedule that they choose. It also offers sophisticated tracking capabilities, which will expand the information available to SurveyGizmo users who take advantage of this new option.

When they share a survey via Buffer, survey authors will now be able to track how many responses they gather from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest, as well as whether any of those shared links get picked up and shared by other users on those networks.

As of June, 2015 Buffer reported 2.5 million registered users, with over 52,000 of those active on a daily basis.

The second integration that SurveyGizmo rolled out this week was with Google Analytics, the most ubiquitous website tracking software available.

With some reports counting as many as 28 million websites gathering data via Google Analytics, this was another feature that SurveyGizmo knew many of its users could leverage immediately.

By adding their Analytics account number to their SurveyGizmo account, users will get access to all of the reporting capabilities that Google offers for their regular website traffic.
