Susan Brodecky Joins Korn/Ferry as Senior Partner for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting

LOS ANGELES, June 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Susan Brodecky has joined the Firm as a Senior Partner for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting.  She will be based in the Firm's Los Angeles and Irvine, California offices.

Ms. Brodecky has twenty years experience helping senior executives in large global companies to implement strategic and organizational change.  Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, she was Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Lee Hecht Harrison, leading all lines of business in Southern California and Arizona, a region where she previously led the firm's talent development consulting business.  Prior to this, Ms. Brodecky spent a significant part of her career as an Associate Partner with Accenture in their human performance practice.

Ms. Brodecky has deep experience in helping complex global companies drive large scale business and organizational transformation across multiple geographies.  She has worked with C-suite leaders on organization re-design, leadership development, talent management, and change management issues to help them drive long-term and sustained business performance improvement.
