NEW YORK, June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP (SFG), the institutional broker-dealer member of the Susquehanna International Group of Companies (SIG), announced today its hiring of Gwyneth Roberts, Brian Cumberland and Thomas Healy as the newest members of the Research Sales team. These hires will be based out of SFG's New York office.

Gwyneth Roberts joins SFG with more than 15 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining SFG, Ms. Roberts spent 13 years in institutional sales, most recently as a managing director at JMP Securities. Previously, Ms. Roberts was a director of institutional sales for Wachovia Securities and for Thomas Weisel Partners and an institutional sales professional at CIBC. Ms. Roberts started her career in financial services at CastleRock Partners. Mrs. Roberts earned her BA in Economics from Skidmore College.
Prior to joining SFG, Brian Cumberland was most recently the head of U.S. research sales at MKM Partners and served on its operating committee, where he led several key growth initiatives in sales and research. Prior to MKM, Mr. Cumberland spent ten years in institutional equity sales at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Cumberland earned his BA in Economics and English from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
Thomas Healy brings 15 years of equity sales experience to SFG. Previously, Mr. Healy was employed by Pali Capital and at UBS, where he was most recently a managing director and co-head of New York institutional equity sales. Earlier in his career, Mr. Healy spent seven years at Friedman Billings Capital Markets (FBCM). While at FBCM, he started its New York operation and helped build out the sales, trading, sales-trading, research and banking practices. Mr. Healy started his career at Citi. He earned his BA in Business from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
