Sutherland Global Services and SSON Partnership Announced for Dublin SS&O Week

Sutherland Global Services, a NY-headquartered technology and analytics enabled BPO enterprise, will be joining Mumbai-based Tata Consultancy Services and WNS as a lead sponsor for the 4-day event, which promotes information-sharing and networking between SS&O professionals from different functions, regions, verticals and maturity.
With its recent recognition by analyst firm NelsonHall as the leading Customer Management Services (CMS) vendor in the retail sector and after winning the 2103 Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Enhancement Award, it is fitting that Sutherland Global Services will be working with SSON, who has deemed 2014 as the 'Year of the Customer.'
