Synergis Launches New Website

QUAKERTOWN, Pa., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Synergis Engineering Design Solutions, a division of Synergis Technologies, Inc., has announced the launch of a new website www.synergis.com. The dramatically redesigned site personifies the expertise, passion, and humanity of the Synergis team and focus on customer relationships.

The web design is based on the colors from the newly launched logo with a combination of images of the Synergis team members and engineering designs.  The content on the site has been reorganized for ease of use, and includes many new product tutorials and whitepapers, the areas most accessed by visitors.  The technology behind the site is a combination of smart components, allowing visitors who register and sign in to see content specific to their needs and interests, and a comprehensive content management system to simplify updates to the site.

All the navigation has been simplified with dropdown menus throughout the areas that have a significant amount of content to ensure visitors find products, tools, and resources quickly.  Additionally, there are links throughout each page to find further information on services and resources, or request a Synergis team member follow-up.

Synergis' Voice

A voice was established for the new site's copy that reflects who Synergis is.  The upbeat, conversational text is both concise and informative.

New Technology

Smart components have been incorporated into the site which enable the site to bring relevant content to a visitor who has created an account.  The registration information is integrated with the customer management tool, so that based on the products a customer has, tutorials, training, and complementary products can be suggested.

New Content

The new design of the site is very people focused, both in relation to the Synergis team and customer relationships.  There is an Our People page that provides the opportunity for customers to see who they are working with and customer quotes are used throughout regarding the service and support capabilities of Synergis.  Components have been incorporated into the redesign to make it easier for visitors to make requests and obtain funding for training.  These include:

Integration of Education Site

The site geared toward Synergis' education customers, www.synergis-ed.com, is now included in the main site under industries.  This allows for the education customers to more readily access the entire breadth of Synergis' services and products without having to navigate two sites, and provides commercial customers access to what their future employees are learning and their projects.
