Dr. Kumar Navulur has over 30 years of experience in the geospatial industry and holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Purdue University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). He is a Private Sector Network (PSN) member of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM). Previously, he chaired the DigitalGlobe Foundation for five years, expanding the program to over 500 universities.
