Syra Health Awarded Three-Year Public Health Analytics Contract with Mississippi State Department of Health

CARMEL, Ind., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Syra Health Corp. (OTCQB: SYRA) ("Syra Health" or the "Company"), an integrated healthcare solutions company powering better health outcomes through prevention-focused, accessible, and affordable solutions, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) to provide epidemiology, evaluation, and biostatistics services.

The agreement has an initial term of September 2, 2026 through September 1, 2029, with a not-to-exceed value of $240,000. MSDH may renew the contract for two additional one-year periods on the same terms, for a maximum cumulative term of five years.

Under the contract, Syra Health will support MSDH's public health decision-making and policy development, with services such as:

• Statistical analyses and mortality studies
• Population health assessments and health disparity analyses
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping of health data
• Systems-of-care evaluations and analyses of grant-required deliverables and measures
• Reporting and consultation for MSDH staff and external stakeholders
