Syra Health, Wake County Public Health Expand Wellness Partnership

(OTCQB: SYRA) ("Syra Health" or the "Company"), an integrated healthcare solutions company powering better health outcomes through prevention-focused, accessible, and affordable solutions, announced today the expansion of its partnership with Wake County Public Health, located in North Carolina.

Following the success of its initial S.P.A. pilot program, Syra Health, in partnership with Wake County Public Health, is launching its Wellness S.P.A. 2.0 (Support. Prevent. Adapt), an employee wellness program designed to Support the mental and emotional well-being of Wake County's public health employees, Prevent burnout and help them Adapt through resilience strategies.

The successful pilot demonstrated the value of providing dedicated wellness resources to employees who serve on the front lines of public health. Building on participant feedback and engagement, Wellness S.P.A. 2.0 expands upon that foundation by continuing to provide practical, evidence-informed strategies that support employee well-being.

The Wellness S.P.A. 2.0 program will be delivered through three six-week cohorts. The current cohort focuses on practical strategies to help participants manage stress through the following topics:

Week 1: Stress and Sleep Hygiene

Week 2: Stress and Hard Conversations

Week 3: Stress and Boundaries

Week 4: Stress, Productivity, & Procrastination

Week 5: Stress Communication and Conflict

Week 6: Stress, Unmet Needs and Meaningful Self Care

Public health professionals face increasing demands as they respond to complex community health challenges. The Wellness S.P.A. 2.0 program recognizes these realities by equipping employees with tools to help them thrive both personally and professionally.
