Sysnet Global Solutions Appoints Matt Hoffman as President, North America
DUBLIN, ATLANTA, Georgia and SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Sysnet Global Solutions, a leading provider of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance management services specializing in PCI DSS and merchant intelligence solutions, announced today that it has appointed Matt Hoffman as President, North America. Matt will be responsible for all aspects of Sysnet's business operations within North America and will be based at Sysnet's Salt Lake City, UT office.
Matt was previously EVP Global Sales at Sysnet, a position he took up following Sysnet's acquisition of Panoptic Security, Inc. in November2012. Prior to the acquisition, Matt had been CEO of Panoptic Security, Inc. since 2011. Before that Matt held management roles in a number of software startups and spent some time working in venture capital. He has also held operation roles, headed sales organizations, and raised capital at a number of companies. In a previous role he helped fuel the rapid growth of Experticity in Salt Lake City, UT.
