Systech International and Domino Printing Sciences plc Collaborate to Deliver Solutions for French CIP13 Requirements

CRANBURY, N.J., March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Systech International, innovator of Packaging Execution Systems (PES), and Domino Printing Sciences plc, a leader in ink jet, thermal, laser, and print and apply technologies, today announced that their integrated offering will enable pharmaceutical manufacturers to address French CIP13 requirements as well as future global serialization regulations.

French CIP13 requires all pharmaceutical products distributed in France to have a data matrix barcode that incorporates the CIP13 code, a batch number, and an expiration date by December 31, 2010.  Systech and Domino's collaboration, which combines Systech's vision inspection solution with Domino's new print and verify solution, provides manufacturers with the new technology necessary to successfully meet these requirements.
