As Sr. Director, Human Resources, Ashley is responsible for the overall employee experience of TA Digital in North America.

With aggressive growth targets, Ashley provides a strategic vision for attracting and retaining top talent in the industry. Ashley is passionate about building a high-performance culture of excellence that is client-focused first and foremost.

Prior to TA Digital, Ashley held HR leadership positions at some of the largest tech consultancies including Infosys, Unisys, and Computer Science Corporation (CSC). Ashley has a Master Degree from Roosevelt University and Bachelors from Adrian College. She also holds a GPHR certification.

When she is not working with our candidates or employees, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, and pursuing her passion for amateur long distance running.
