Taberna Arros y Vi In Santa Monica Now Serves Lunch

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Taberna Arros y Vi, has recently launched their new lunch menu created exclusively by Chef Verite Mazzola. Lunch will be served daily starting at 11:30a until 3p.Taberna Arros y Vi, a European taberna style restaurant by owner Michael Hide Cardenas (Lazy Ox, Sushi Roku, Boa, Katana) infuses wit and whimsy into multi-regional Spanish cuisine. The restaurant operates in a charming space designed by Preen Design and Rick Maverick with an intimate main dining room, a copper bar, wine barrel bar tables from local Semler winery, original exposed brick walls, denim banquettes and leather accents supplemented by an adjoining private dining room which will be available in Fall 2013. Chef Verite Mazzola's menu is inspired by a modern approach that plays to the current dining trends of Angelenos and hinges on unique uses of rice throughout. Showcasing Spanish technique and ingredients with locally sourced produce and proteins, many from Santa Monica's farmer's market, Mazzola will bring eclectic, earthy, vibrant dishes to the beach.
