ATLANTA, May 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Known for providing award-winning wings, the most craft on draft and the best sports-watching environment, Taco Mac is now bringing a new freestanding restaurant to the South Point Shopping Center in McDonough, Georgia, on May 15. The McDonough location is a brand new prototype and is the first new Taco Mac location to open in two years.

The first location for Henry County, the new McDonough restaurant is just under 6,300 square feet and located at South Point Exit 218, GA Hwy 20, in an upscale retail and dining destination in one of the nation's fastest growing counties. The industrial chic-inspired design includes features that reflect the brand's roots – sports and beer – and include elements like an exterior wall made from beer kegs, reclaimed barn wood finishes and a state-of-the-art audio and visual system that includes Harmon Cardon speakers, 12" Sunfire subwoofers, 72 HDTVs and a video wall.

The new Taco Mac location will work closely with local brewery partners for a planned series of local beer events and special tappings within the first few weeks of opening.
