TAE Technologies Announces Cedric Burgher as Chief Financial Officer

 Appointment strengthens financial leadership as company advances toward next phase of growth and public company readiness

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., March 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TAE Technologies, Inc. ("TAE" or the "Company"), a leading fusion energy company, announced today the appointment of Cedric Burgher as Chief Financial Officer.

Burgher brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience in capital-intensive, publicly traded energy companies, including serving as CFO of Occidental Petroleum, QR Energy and KBR, Inc. He has overseen financial strategy through complex, high-profile transactions and multibillion-dollar capital programs, with extensive experience in strategic initiatives, investor engagement and financial governance.

TAE announced earlier this year that the site selection planning process for its first fusion power plant is underway and that, following the receipt of required approvals and the closing of their previously announced merger, the combined company is anticipated to begin construction of its first fusion power plant in 2026, which is expected to be 50 MWe. Future plants are expected to be 350 - 500 MWe.
