Taiwanese Sustainable Textiles and Performance Fabrics Unveiled at Denver's First Outdoor Retailer Summer Market

DENVER, July 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) hosted the Taiwan New Products Launch at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in Denver, Colo. Four of Taiwan's leading textile manufacturers presented innovative products: Evertex Fabrinology Ltd., Singtex Industrial Company, Ltd., Tex-Ray Industrial Co. Ltd, and Toung Loong Textile Mfg. Co.

New product categories included endurance materials seen as an alternative to Spandex, wool-synthetic knitted fabric blends designed for temperature regulation through an evaporative cooling process, eco-friendly fabric with stretch qualities similar to Elastene, but with better breathability, fast dryness, durability and friendlier to the environment, and functional and natural fiber products made.

Four of Taiwan's leading textile manufacturers presented innovative products today including:

• Evertex Fabrinology Ltd. revealed wool-synthetic knitted fabric blends designed for temperature regulation through an evaporative cooling process to help the body maintain homeostasis creating optimal comfort utilizing effective thermo-regulation capabilities, wicking and quick dry management from its polyester fibers. The company is dedicated to producing highly technical knit fabrics with heavy emphasis on durability, performance and comfort for the outdoor enthusiasts during extreme excursions. (Booth #5018-LL)
• Singtex Industrial Company, Ltd. showcased its fabric line with stretch qualities similar to Elastene, but with better breathability, fast dryness, durability and environmental friendliness with a mechanical stretch, thermoplastic engineered polymer and side-by-side bi-component fibers, all with a variety of options and price points. The company provides ecofriendly functional textiles in Taiwan. • Tex-Ray Industrial Co. Ltd showcased their functional and sustainable natural-fiber blended fabric collection developed with the help of advanced, proprietary technology. It has developed innovative products to satisfy various climates, functions, and environmental protections, actively establishing continuous production from fabric to clothing, and adjusting the operational structure of the global layout.
